In my new campaign for Warcraft 3, I offered players a unique experience - the opportunity to look at events from the inside, as enemies, to reimagine history through the prism of dark forces....

1) Campaign The Scourge of Lordaeron in reverse, the opportunity to play as the enemy. (AKA Starcraft II Reversed):

2) Ai Voice - All dialogues were voiced. Many thanks to the ElevenLabs website for providing services. And many thanks to humanity who invented neural networks, thanks to them we can do voice acting.


3) Innovations for old races. - Every chapter we will be able to notice that in the old buildings there are new improvements that will one way or another help us during the battle. We will also be able to find completely new buildings or even redesigned concepts that can surprise the player!

First riddle is dream. However I thought the second one was "breath" but it's not. When I type "1" it just skips straight to the mission where uther and arthas starts talking on chapter 6. Really enjoying it so far. The level 1 mission was very well made. If you are a pro for the first mission you will understand how to actually defeat all the footmen.

this was not too bad but you really made some things a bit TOO hard even on supposedly "easy" for example the final fight between arthas and malganis i got absolutely cooked and it was not even fair i had to resort to god mode and i think that glitched the game out cause arthas stopped doing anything and was not tangible. please actually make "easy" like ACTUALLY easy because from my PoV difficulty choice does not matter in the slightest. it is very exceptional work otherwise it just feels a bit too hard for what it is

Personally, I didn't find the final battle that hard, once you remove items from Lich and put all the best items to Mal'ganis 😂😂
On the other hand, I've ran into a bug: when a Necromancer attacked me, Mal'ganis teleported beside him, but instead got ported on an unreachable place where he couldn't move. I had to get hit by some other Necromancer in order to port away. Overall, the boss fight is quite solid in my opinion.

Really nice campaing, had a lot of fun playing the reverse role. I like your approach of keeping it truest to what the original was while giving a challenge. Some points of I would like to suggest to fix because they were somewhat annoying:

1. Mission 7, when Arthas attacks your base, he keeps shouting the "I want to have that base leveled" quote repeatedly, in (what I imagine to be) russian.
2. In mission 9, as mentioned by Lazarator, sometimes Mal'Ganis end up on unpathable terrain, requiring to you to reload the fight.

Now, regarding deepstrasz feedback I would agree with basically everything he said, as those would really polish the end result.
I would add that an Auto-save feature would've been nice, given that some maps required realoding (due to sometimes beign rushed by the enemy wasn't expected).

The last thing is probably hard to fix, but I'll mention it anyway, is that sometimes whenever I reloaded the game, sometimes it crashed, figuring the cause would be explendid.

It's sad to know you didn't like the end result. It is a pretty fun experience and very well done in it, so don't be ashamed by it's flaws, nothing is perfect, and your project is well within great quality range.

Hi, I played and finished this on the latest version of Shit Forged, on Hard difficulty.
Chapter 1

- One of the hardest missions, even on easy it feels pretty hard. The main difficulty lies in the way Arthas regains his hp. While I understand that you didn't want to make it too easy for him to die, the current mechanism feels unfair. Arthas regains too much health from his units while his units barely get damaged. My suggestion is to double the conversion rate of health from units to heroes. This would mean that for every 1 HP Arthas gains from his units, 2 HP would be taken from them. This would make the gameplay feel less unfair.

- Besides that awful aspect of the gameplay the chapter is good, one of the most well-made ones, I loved the extra comedic scenes like the kiss from that lady, I guess Arthas doesn't like it when random ladies kiss him as a reward. :xxd:



Chapter 2

Was the best one in my opinion, it had everything, cool gameplay with the orc hero, lots of choices, sidequests, the perfect chapter!


Chapter 3

- There should be a way to corrupt the healing fountain with Kel'Thusad as a side quest, like sacrificing some zombies by killing them near the fountain.

- Kel'Thusad is ahhh.. too weak, he should be much stronger, having magic damage, etc. (not having a hero unit to play with is pretty lame, this is Warcraft 3 after all)

- No side quests? meh

- I can't understand why you had to nerf necros by giving them piercing damage.

also, the priests have piercing damage but have heavy armor as well wtf, same with necros, strange.

- I loved the ending cinematic.


Chapter 4

- Literally, Kabooom :goblin_boom: just died in the first minute of the game, nice surprise with that goblin merchant lol

- In this chapter, Kel'Thuzad seems to have lost his passive blight ability where he makes the ground blighted whenever he walks.

- Once again the ending cinematic slaps!


Chapter 5

- This one doesn't have an ending cinematic? nani?!?!?! insert the meme Dissapointed!!! (in retrospect it seems you gave up doing ending cinematics from this point on)

- Can you explain what the purple tentacle that keeps teleporting is all about? I've noticed it on several maps, but on some maps clicking on it doesn't seem to do anything, and on others where the tentacle disappears after clicking, nothing seems to happen anyway after I click on all of them. I'm confused about its purpose!?

- The undead caravan takes too much time to start moving....

- This is another very cool mission, I love the custom new undead races you implemented in this one, the green undead with the whole White walker/ solo leveling Arise vibe, everything you kill gets raised as undead, I loved that.

- Same with the purple undead with their frost themes.

- I think this is my favorite mission, sadly no cool cinematic at the end.



Chapter 6

- The acolyte moves toooo slooooooooooooow

- I enjoyed the first phase of the map, but completing the quests took too long due to the acolyte's slow movement speed.

- There was also a hint that there might be bandits in the dark, waiting to ambush somewhere in the town, but I had never seen any bandits.

- The second phase was also pretty rough, Arthas and his army destroyed houses and slaughtered people at a rapid pace, even sending small forces to various parts of the map. It seemed impossible to defeat him through conventional means, the only way I managed to win was by going directly to his base, dealing with it, and then slaying Arthas and his army after, this way he was unable to remake his army and hero, gg!



Chapter 7

- This chapter appears to be broken. After the first phase, Arthas and Muradin are nowhere to be found, and the grey and blue bases are inactive. It seems that only after completing the sidequest of killing Arthas and his units in the first phase, the blue base starts functioning normally in the second phase by building heroes and units. This seems strange, as completing the sidequest seems to be a punishment for the player, as it forces them to fight the blue base. On the other hand, by not completing the sidequest, the blue base remains inactive. Don't you think it should be the other way around?


Chapter 8

- It was a decent one, liked the choices, it made the map more interesting, it is also pretty fun to just run around with the undead units to buy as much time as possible, the A.I. Arthas really wants to kill all of the undead, so it makes kiting him easier.


Chapter 9

- The cinematics at the beginning were cool but a bit too long.

- In the first phase is impossible to defeat Arthas even on easy difficulty.

- The side quest with the frostwyrms is not only super hard to do (the dragon boss having too much hp and 2 op aoe frost spells), but the reward is also useless, the frostwyrms have piercing dmg for fucks sake, wtf am I supposed to do with that against a heavy/medium armor army of 100 food supply of human units with maxed upgrades??? they literally do 0 dmg to them! and die in a few seconds, 10 out of 10 balance!

Making them deal magic dmg would be my suggestion, similar to Destroyers, like how can Destroyers have magic dmg but not the other units like necros and frostwyrms?

- I do like the idea of the cemetery with extra upgrades but they are a bit too expensive and the upgrade called "Crushing the weak" doesn't actually work, it doesn't do anything.

- I did enjoy the zombie attack future from the cemetery alongside the music was a nice touch, but they were pretty weak and didn't really do much.

- The biggest problem I've had in this mission was related to the blink passive from Mal'ganis, he keeps teleporting on top of unwalkable terrain and gets stuck there and that's about it from that point is gg gotta restart the mission, this happened like 5 times in this mission especially at the end fight with Arthas, pretty bad, I suggest you just remove that stupid blink passive with a normal one since the blink is buggy, it also happens at random and because of that I can't really control the hero very well, he keeps teleporting in random spots and just gets killed most of the times.

- There is also the purple undead base in this mission that is an enemy of us but if I don't get near it, they won't start to attack me, so I can just simply ignore it.

I think there should be a way to make them our allies with the power of The Lich King, there should be a side quest (like defeating a chaotic meat golem inside their base) or just a research upgrade from the cemetery.






Overall Negatives:

- There needs to be a way to skip all dialogues/cinematics so we can get straight into the mission/battle, a perfect example is chapter 1, where it takes a while for Arthas to start the mission (lots of talking).


Overall Positives:

- All heroes/units have q w e r spells!

- The dialogues are voiced by A.I. and they aren't that bad actually, I am impressed.

- The campaign isn't actually a 1-to-1 copy of the original and that is good, lots of new content.

-The AI played well most of the time, similar to a real player. You did a good job creating the impression that the AI thinks and moves like a real human.



Overall, I really enjoyed the campaign. It was executed well and had a unique concept.
My rating is an 𝓐 Tier (Great) with 83 points out of 100!

The soundtrack choice for the undead chapters is outstanding! The player can really feel the death and destruction of humans while playing the campaign, especially the very first soundtrack at the start of every undead chapter. Kinda reminds me of the movie Friday the 13th, like the Jason from my profile picture lol.
What are the names of the soundtracks, if I may ask?

Please reconsider doing at least the reversed undead chapter. i've always wanted to play a timeline where Uther, Sylvanas, Antonidas has beaten Arthas via tactics and stopping the invasion since playing wc3 as a kid.

Except a few things,I could say it's a nice campaign,I will leave 5 stars for encouragement because I did really enjoy it, except a few things, which I will leave in a review.

I have really enjoyed the creativity behind the campaign,I can say most of the chapters were nice and despite having to redo ocasionally when playing on hard,I can say it has been a pleasure, except the stratholme chapter. That one was a pain,in the most unpleasant way. I found it too punishing and unfair,even for hard. In order to make it more pleasent,I highly advice you to at least give Mal 'ganis the option to get the staff of teleportation since arthas can do the objective with any troop and you have only Mal'ganis for that. Also putting a timer for the optional objective so that we know when it appears, could be a huge life improvement.

I managed to complete it on hard, but it was hard indeed, especially since you need to be fast and deal with Arthas's troops as well. Having additional enemy troops with the hero entering the city also made it harder, but it wasn't impossible to beat. Especially since Mal'ganis had the siege attack type which made the destruction of households faster. I enjoyed that chapter even on hard, it was a good challenge, even though the beginning of the chapter was a bit boring, just walking around with an Acolyte - Defiler, completing tasks and using brain for the riddles.

BurnTheMind was simple yet quality work, so I expected something similar here. And honestly, I'm somewhat of disappointed.
The biggest issue is non-building chapters. It was fine in BurnTheMind because Thrall had no way to heal his units except for using items, but here Arthas has Holy Light combined with damage redistribution is a total game changer. It feels like balancing was done without considering Holy Light at all. As a result, difficulty of non-building chapters ranges from literally impossible to tediously hard. Ironically, in the later chapters enemy units even have increased max hp while it doing the exact opposite might solve the issue - with decreased max hp it would be possible to kill units while Holy Light is on cooldown.
New tech trees and all that is mostly fine. Some extra dialogue and new cinematics are pretty good. Well, all in all despite the issues, it's still a decent work.
Played on hard difficulty, so perhaps difficulty related issues might not be applicable for lower difficulties.
Chapter 1
1) At first I tried to kill some footmen, but that's pretty much impossible due to Arthas healing them, thus Arthas arrives to fight with Mathog with virtually undamaged and overwhelming forces. So I tried to focus Arthas instead, and got completely fucked by that damage redistribution (or whatever you call it, same result even if it's taking health from footmen to Arthas only at some fixed threshold instead of how spirit link does it) - footmen get damaged instead of Arthas and he just heals them again. The only way left to deal with that is to damage 2 footmen at the same time up to the healing threshold so Arthas will heal 1 and you have time to kill another one while heal is on cooldown. But I was unable to win even with that tactic - there's just too many footmen. So no matter what I do, results is always the same. Maybe I just didn't try hard enough, but ultimately it was a rather tiring and unenjoyable kind of hard difficulty, so I'd say it's pretty much impossible to do this chapter on hard.
Chapter 2
2) Not sure if intended, but destroying the further cage before destroying the cage with a footman results in no enforcer spawned.
3) 2 grunts at the Blademaster's camp only join him if approached from outside the camp. Shouldn't it instead be that Blademaster calls then when leaving his camp?
4) Raiders have no skill to indicate that they have upgrade for reduced damage.
5) Slave Driver - Punch - icon looks like a passive one instead of autocastable one.
6) Searinox - Corrosive Bile - does it even work? Judging by the damage dealt (~15 dmg per hit vs 7 armor buildings, which checks out with avg(25-100)*0.7*0.35), it's just his basic attack damage with no bonuses or whatever.
7) 1 skeleton archer near Searinox appears to be bugged and does nothing besides just standing there.
8) Blademaster has crits and cleave but no skill on the panel to indicate that. Unless those are effects of Katana? But then it would be nice if Katana's description indicated that.
9) On one hand - it's nice to have non-standard Blademaster's skills, on the other hand - it also depends on the execution. And in this case execution is lacking. Berserker is relatively useless - magic immunity is useless here (Arthas and Uther both have standard skills so no magic damage from them) and while heal is great, you could instead take Fire Psychosis (enemies die faster = less damage taken = no need to heal that much) or aura which also heals all allied units, thus being far more impactful.
Change of tactics is nice in theory but again lacking in practice. Now that Blademaster not only has crits but also cleave, his basic attacks are even more powerful than vanilla Blademaster's, so naturally you want to capitalize on that. So picking Int tactic (also the tooltip says it gives 250 mana but it actually gives 15 int) is handicaping yourself, even though Fire Psychosis is good, with Searinox's heart and weed lvl 7 Blademaster has 42 int, which is plenty enough. Agi tactic is just less DPS than no tactic. And Str tactic (assuming again heart + weed + other artifacts + lvl 7) is mathematically about as much DPS as no tactic, except in practice no tactic offers more evenly distributed damage (less excessive overkills like 300 dmg crits on 10 hp footman) resulting in higher DPS. Also, there's no way to choose no tactic again after any specific tactic was chosen.
10) Although mini-quests are accounted for both ways, this chapter is still more pivoted around playing it as Blademaster instead of orc base. IMO the choice should've been "Player-controlled Blademaster + AI-controlled orc base" vs "Player-controlled everything". Blademaster it super strong, he has so much AOE damage he can solo annihilate enemy army. So playing as Blademaster, hard difficulty felt more like normal. But playing as orc base without Blademaster - now that was more like actual hard difficulty.
Chapter 3
11) Kel'Thuzad is weaker than even a non-upgraded necromancer here? Come on, why isn't he as strong here as he is in chapter 4? Not that it matters gameplay-wise, but you know, little details.
12) Same as in Chapter 1 - damage redistribution makes it impossible to win. Except unlike chapter 1, which I thought maybe can be completed, this chapter I am adamantly certain - it is impossible to complete it on hard. Here about half of your units are ranged with piercing damage, doing a fuck all against footmen. As if Holy Light alone wasn't enough, there's also a healing fountain and 2 priests. And priests now even have heavy armor, so no bonus damage against them via piercing damage attacks. Bruh.
Chapter 4
13) Ghouls have no skill to indicate that they have acidic armor.
Chapter 5
14) Playing as green undead, apparently units resurrected via The Kiss of Death do not get extra regen on blighted terrain like normal undeads, despite being ones.
15) For some reason zombie villagers kept getting auto-ordered to attack enemy base after the caravan moved. Same thing happened with villagers controlled by orange AI.
Chapter 6
16) Considering that first part has no time limit and no enemies that could pose a threat to Corruptor, he really should have higher speed. Like, it's literally slow speed for no reason at all, except to irritate the player.
17) Raitiren's guess-the-right-answer is honestly bullshit - just a plain save-load until you randomly pick a right answer. And I emphasize - randomly. Because there's no previous dialogue or whatever else that could hint at the right answer.
18) Maybe I'm stupid or it's a "lost in translation" kind of issue, but how the fuck is the answer to Ergard's riddle is "dream"? Would've never guessed if not for the comments here. One road, only able to step forward and it's all mystery - if anything, it should be "future" or "time". Like, the time only moves forward and you can never go back, all the "what if"s are just possibilities that either happened or not, and you can never know the future for certain. Perhaps it could even be interpreted as "memory" - leads to nowhere and only one road forward because it already happened and you can't do anything about it, though the line about mystery doesn't fit here.
19) Abominations don't gain Cannibilize skill after researching it. And I know that research's tooltip only mentions ghouls, but that's exactly the point - why don't abominations have cannibalize?
20) Dark Conversion is pointless - villagers automaticaly turn into zombies. Also, it doesn't even work, just endless casting.
21) Clicking Soul Preservation on every single zombie is rather tiring. Surely that skill can be autocastable.
22) But even more tiring is that all those zombies suddenly feel the need to go somewhere. Seriously, where the fuck are they going? I can understand it being so to increase difficulty, but that's the annoying kind of difficulty. Besides, this chapter is already hard enough.
23) Obedience works on Vladimir but he's bugged - his orders panel is empty and even hotkeys (like S for stop) don't work, so he can only be controlled via right-clicks.
24) Mal'Ganis - Counterattack - I feel like this ability caused me more harm than good. It can interrupt casting of other abilities, can sometime teleport to unreachable places so Mal'Ganis gets stuck there, can teleport out of proper position (i.e. surrounded by enemy units with Netrezim Storm on and then getting teleported to some lone ranged units, resulting in loss of quite some DPS), makes it extremely hard to bait & aggro ranged enemy units (good luck trying to run away when you constantly get teleported back), and simply feels awkward. Also it feels like the only reason it was added to begin with is for the final fight with Arthas in chapter 9.

26) Now ghouls lost the cannibalize ability as well. That sucks. Also, would be nice if bite autocast was turned on by default for ghouls and abominations.
27) Demon Blood is only usable on Mal'Ganis himself, so no reason for it to be a targeted ability.
28) Arthas summons a bunch of golems which have bash. Only 1 question - why fucking bash? Oh look, I managed to make a couple hits and now I'm stunned again. Guess I'll go make a tea or something, hopefully I'll be able to control my hero again by that time. Seriously, getting stunlocked is the very opposite of engaging and enjoyable fight. Increase golems' stats, give them crits, some active ability - whatever, just not a fucking bash.

Thought I would add some notes I wrote down from when I first played Mentilara's campaign (a few months ago, some of the things I wrote down might have already been changed in the newer campaign version:

Would have been nice to know beforehand that units must be killed before Heroes.

It is nice how we get choice of base/hero option.
Better to let dwarves weaken Seronox if you choose hero path so u can easily kill him after you betray him take his heart.
He should be healed to full if you choose to side with him, since when I chose the base option I got a very low HP Seronox who could not heal fast because he was a normal unit.

Ch3
Barricades near infected grain trap some units when they spawn.
Why not show how the bridge was destroyed? That was an event mentioned from the normal Arthas side, so it would have been cool to know how it was destroyed in the first place.

Ch5
Human base stands no chance against some of the cool undead units we get, both as green or purple.

Ch6
Lol at the dialogue at the start.
Quite relaxing walking through Stratholme as a single unit, though I would prefer a way to get around faster than waiting for the acolyte to walk everywhere.
For the fighting part, The city is too big, we need a way to teleport around, it is fine when we can cut blue's forces off at that starting point before he even gets into the city, but if we cant hold him there (like when we need to go south to kill the inquisitors) then blue's units can go everywhere in the city, and it is almost impossible to hunt them all down.
The year riddle was confusing, I was forced to open the campaign to see what the answer was.

Ch7
"Apetec" message spammed 20+ times. Sometimes, from arthas "that has to be where malganis is hiding, I want that base leveled".

Ch8
I enjoyed having the chance to play as the alliance, that is a very cool perspective for this mission.

Ch9
I liked the options in the base, like bringing the south scourge base under control, sending out those zombies to attack the Human base, getting the Lich, and all the other cool research upgrades.


General points

Overall, I really enjoyed your campaign. This has progressed greatly from your previous reverse campaign, and this kind of creativity is exactly what people should try to do when they make campaigns based on/edited from the Original blizzard campaigns.

Wait what ?! did u code Arthas to be unkillable unless you kill all their footman first ? I tried to focus him in the first mission but his health just magically reset to 300 HP constantly

I am currently working on the continuation of the campaign, and the final chapter of the Undead storyline is already in development. Initially, it will be available in Russian, but I plan to translate it into English later on

I still do wonder though, why would have you ever said that your campaigns are low quality and bad, or anything such? They're most obviously very detailed, good, not buggy, innovative and comical. Also thanks for answering!

Good cutscenes, good balance. Managed to complete on hard, so enemy is not too overturned. The only complaint is the speed of the corruptor on Stratholme map. I liked that different bases on March of the Scourge have different techs and a different additional objectives.

Hey man, chapter 7 is still bugged for me when Arthas makes contact with Muradin. Heroes/units disappears and gold mine is stacked with peasants. Playing on reforge.

Good campaign but not as good as the "PurifyEvil"
purifyevil feels much more polished than this this, it has many "Minor" bugs and some balancing issue
(I played all of the campaign in hard mode)


Few example of bugs and balance issues:
  • in the first map i really struggled to kill the arthas the difficulty is way to much for the first map even for hard difficulty i used all the choke point that i could to barely kill arthas

  • in second map the warchief ultimate works for first time but not the second time , after first time every time using it will cause 4 illusion to summon at same point and doing bladestorm instead of having distance from other

  • in the third map when the arthas and jaina reach the final grain house they have no chance of defeating the player because the grain house ( or whatever it called) just spams out milions of skeletons for some reason i dont think its intended

  • in the fourth map the first objective that you need to destroy the andorhal defenses it takes too long to make any progress your immortal guardians are great but they are no match for knights with inner fires which force you to wait for mana and just spam your immortal guardians and kill them slowly and surely

  • in the sixth chapter part one where you control a acolyte whats the point of jump scare the player like its a warcraft map not a horror game
    also the quest says Find a secret way out of the city when you dodge the bandit who jump scared you you cant "leave" the city im sure it not the intended way to go out but maybe it should be added
    also its really testing the player patience add some mobility to the corruptor i dont want to waste 1 hour just moving around the big city

  • in the sixth chapter part two you can easily win the mission in few minute even in hard diffculty by rushing the arthas base he isnt really intersted in defending it and does not have any defense there either

  • in the seventh chapter it would be fun if your ally (Undead pillagers) would capture the dwarf's gold mine and actually start to build something to help you if you destroy the dwarfs before they get destroyed
    your hero is not reviveable after dying i dont think its intentional because you start with a altar and can build one as well

  • those missions where the arthas is advancing and you must stop them with Camps and units in his path , for some reasons they get easier in the later missiosn for example the first mission is close to impossible to stop the arthas in the hard difficulty while in the eight mission its just a walk in the park because arthas ignores his dying while in the first missions arthas will do anything to save them with holy light

  • In the last mission even when you have a "Majectic citadet" the you cant upgrade your armor damage tech above 1/1 because its required t2 base which you can not construct other than the last mission has fun mechanic
    Turns out it seems the bug is only when you make the campaign 2player archon with campaign splitter app

    also "Nathrezim" has ben misspelled over and over again in the campaign the only time the nathrezim is spelled correctly is class of the malganis which is "Nathrezim lord"

I just finished replaying this campaign, and I recorded my playthrough in a playlist on YouTube.
I played on the latest version of War3 with classic graphics.
I completed all missions on hard mode. I had to abuse and outsmart the AI for most of them, as it's quite challenging, but I enjoyed that aspect of the game.

Overall Thoughts:

Honestly, just like in the last campaign, a lot of the big issues are still hanging around. Players seem totally unaware that during the non-build missions, like in chapter 1, heroes are actually stealing HP from their own units to stay alive. Seriously, you’ve got to give players some big hints about that, or else they're going to get super frustrated and either bail on the campaign or start using cheat codes because they can’t figure out why Artha's HP keeps going up.

Another issue is the way health is taken from units when heroes are low on HP; the conversion should probably be like 2 to 1 or even 3 to 1.

Chapter 3 can be a bit annoying. I've got an idea — you remember how in the first campaign, items carry over from chapter to chapter with heroes? Why not do that here? Make Kel'Thuzad a hero with an inventory so he keeps the same stats but gets to carry over the items from the last chapter. That could be cool, right? And honestly, why doesn’t Kel'Thuzad in chapter 3 have the same spells he has in chapter 4? That would make things way more fun and less frustrating.

Also, he’s still pretty weak and enemies always seem to target him, even when he’s at full health, which is kind of dumb. How about giving him some hero armor and bumping his max HP by at least 300 so he doesn’t just get focused down by every unit?

Important Points:

Chapter Highlights:
Chapter 1 is solid despite some issues, especially those funny moments like Arthas’ kiss reaction.
Chapter 2 is definitely the standout with awesome gameplay, choices, and side quests.
Chapter 5 is another favorite of mine for its custom undead races (green White Walker vibes and the purple undead with their frost theme).
And chapter 9! The intro cinematic feels like a movie, plus all those cool new upgrades from the forgotten cemetery, like the zombie wave, are my favorites, The ending boss fight was also pretty awesome!

Positives:
The campaign brings a unique twist compared to the original, with some great AI-voiced dialogue (way better than expected), and all the heroes/units have QWER spells. The AI actually feels human-like and strategic too. The best part of the whole campaign has to be the cinematics and the music; they fit in perfectly!

~Negatives:

  • Chapter 4: Kel’Thuzad’s passive blight ability (ground blighting when walking) is missing.
  • Chapter 7: After the first phase, Arthas and Muradin disappear, and grey/blue bases stay inactive unless the side quest is completed, which feels broken.
  • Chapter 9: Mal’Ganis’ blink passive is buggy—teleports him onto unwalkable terrain, getting him stuck (happened 5 times, especially in the Arthas fight), forcing restarts.
  • Chapter 5: Clicking the purple tentacle (recurring across maps) either does nothing or makes it disappear with no clear outcome—purpose unclear.


~Suggestions:

-Chapter 1: Arthas’ health regen from units feels unfair (too strong, units barely take damage). Suggestion: Double the health conversion rate (2 HP from units for 1 HP to Arthas).



-Chapter 3: Kel’Thuzad is too weak, lacks magic damage, and isn’t a hero unit (lame for WC3), No side quests.
Suggestion: Add a side quest to corrupt the healing fountain by using zombies as sacrifices.

You can give him the same spells as Kel has in chapter 4.


-Chapter 4: The problem is pretty similar to what we talked about in the last chapter: Kel is just too weak and gets targeted by enemy units, which ends up with him getting chased down and killed. I think it would be a good idea to boost his HP and give him some hero armor. Also, having an inventory slot for items from earlier chapters would be really helpful. Since we get this +6 intelligence item from the dragon with the Blademaster, it only makes sense for those items to carry over to Kel, right?

Also, how cool would it be if players could create an abomination by sacrificing raised human units at the slaughterhouse? It would definitely help speed things up in the early part of Kel's mission. Maybe like 5 raised footmen could equal 1 abomination, 3 raised riflemen or mortar teams could make 1 abomination, and 2 knights could equal another one.



-Chapter 5: No ending cinematic (disappointing after prior chapters). Purple tentacle’s purpose needs clarification. Other than that this Chapter is pretty much perfect, the strongest chapter in the whole campaign, so much unique aspects with the 2 different undead types and quests and shit. loved it.



-Chapter 6: The Acolyte moves way too slow, dragging out the quests and the whole mission. There were hints of bandits lurking around, but none showed up—total missed chance. I found out there was actually one bandit in the north part of the city, but just one? Come on, there should be more! That horror jump scare was pretty funny, though.

In the first part of the chapter, after you visit and complete the riddles posed by the two characters, it would be interesting if the player is presented with another choice. This choice could hint that the player can either return to the detective but lose most of their money, or they can choose the path of the undead (evil). By doing so, they would attempt to ditch the detective and find a secret way out of the city, where there are no pesky riflemen to shoot him down. Since the secret entrance is well-hidden, I suggest giving players a hint that is close to a crowd.

As for the second part of the chapter, saving the zombies is way too clunky. The spell has a weird casting animation and takes forever to use on each zombie, especially when they keep running away like crazy. It’d be way better if you could have some kind of AoE spell to target all the zombies in one go, as long as you were quick about it before they scatter everywhere.

I loved the part where some militia and unique units pop out from certain houses trying to fend off Arthas and the undead. That was really cool to see! It’d be awesome if more houses had those kinds of units inside.



-Chapter 7: There is no reward for defeating Arthas in the first part of this mission. Interestingly, if you fail to kill Arthas, the mission can bug out, and the blue base will only produce peasants instead of building troops. However, if you manage to kill Arthas (which can be quite challenging), then the blue base functions normally and starts to build an army. This is a peculiar situation that should be looked into.

I think a fitting reward for killing Arthas would be either a substantial amount of resources or an additional demi-hero, similar to the Lich.



-Chapter 8: When playing as The Alliance, you can be defeated after about 10 minutes, though it's unclear what the purpose of the timer is. The only way to secure a victory is to cut down the trees before the timer reaches 10 minutes.



-Chapter 9: This mission has a lot going on and is nearly perfect, but there are a few exceptions:

Firstly, the cooldown for "Call of the Saved" should be reduced to 50 seconds. It's such an awesome feature, and a shorter cooldown would allow players to use it more frequently.

Secondly, Arthas attacks the player's main base a bit too quickly, which can feel unfair to less experienced players. I suggest giving players a few more extra minutes before Arthas launches his attack on the main base.


-Other

The healing staff heals very little HP, making its effect almost negligible; it's practically a joke.

Additionally, after loading the game, some units become invisible and untargetable. This appears to be a bug related to the Reforged version. Regardless, it is a bug that can be fixed with proper attention.

Greeting! This is one of the coolest campaigns i've played in a LONG time! Yes it was difficult as hell on hard and perhaps i should have went for the story version only, but only had to use whosyourdaddy a few times.
Can't wait for more like this, high elfs when???
