Warcraft III 1.28.5 not available in Spanish?

I have been looking around the forums and I have not found a 1.28.5 version that's in spanish? I know it might sound like a rather small problem, but it kinda bothers me that FMV Cinematics look bad, they have gray lines when the screen is black and there is glitchy colors around the letters. And I have found that in 1.28.5 that is solved, plus it's in 16:9. But in the spanish version(I'm talking about the versions listed in the archive) it's only 1.27b, works okay but the cinematics are messed up. I just want a way to have both the game in spanish and the cinematics working correctly. I've tried modding the files and everything, but it crashes when I change the dialogue files to the ones in the spanish version through the MPQ Master.

All I search for is a solution to this, it has to be the 1.28.5 version as imo it's my favorite so far. Or it could also be the 1.27b but with fixed cinematics.
(I hope there is a solution. I created this account recently just to post about this since I haven't found any thread talking about it.)

Blizzard has stopped the offline patching systems since 1.28 in favor of Reforged. Blizzget, the other method that downloads any pre-Reforged versions (1.28-1.31) with your preferred languages, will also redirect you to 2.0.1 instead. I don't know why this Blizzget tool isn't working anymore as of today.
If you want to make in-game cinematics working properly in 1.27b, there's someone who posted similar issues like yours:

I don't know why this Blizzget tool isn't working anymore as of today.

I saw a thread about this and it recommended(as the definitive solution) to switch to 1.28.5, which I did and it solved it on that end. The problem was that it wasn't in spanish, though well, if there is no other choice I will have to get used to the bleached FMV Cinematics. Sadly though, the option to roll back the game with your own language using Blizzget seems to be not working anymore because it always redirects you to the latest patch of Reforged or sometimes led to an unwanted issues during the downloading process. I know there's an old trick where you can change the in-game language to anything besides English, but it seems this trick is no longer working anymore.

Yeah. I had tried that method, if you mean it's the one where you edit and replace the config.txt file in the war3.mpq. Sadly nothing happened, so I guess I will have to play 1.27b until a solution comes up. Thanks though.
