trouble downloading skins

hey i'm kinda a newbie and have been trying to download skins, i can download them but windows keeps blocking them so i can't unzip them. i've followed what windows tells me on how to unblock them but to no avail. Does anyone have a solution for this?

How does your Windows block unzipping of the zip files? Tried a different zip program?

Maybe download WinRAR....

Some users may still experience the empty zip problem even with WinRAR.
