I ported this model from World of Warcraft. It features the updated Water Elemental that was added in Dragonflight.
Lore:
"During the Tempest Unleashed, many water elementals were summoned alongside the Glacial Ice Lord to cause chaos across the Northern Barrens, Un'Goro Crater, and the Badlands. After the reawakening of the Dragon Isles, hostile water elementals were among the enemies encountered there. A number of them were also called forth by the Primalists, who summoned them as their reinforcements through elemental gateways linked to the Abyssal Maw."
Note: I didn't put the textures right, but I think it looks much better than in WoW:
