I won't give him sword because I've based it on model that has hammer. It will require additional animating too.

You may want to do a quick once-through with MDLvis, make sure his mouth is closed when it's supposed to be, in the portrait, then close the main models' mouth.

The eyebrows are also a bit too square, and a tiny bit too far apart. Other than that, I'd say this is a great model from you.

Since Blizzard canonized the sword from the movie by equipping Llane with it during flashback scenes in the new Karzahan dungeon, I'd suggest replacing Llane's hammer with the sword. He always struck me as more of a sword guy anyway, considering he's not a paladin.
