Jim Raynor was a former Terran sheriff turned rebel, becoming one of the most important figures in the Koprulu Sector through his works to overthrow the Confederacy and, later, his fight against the Confederacy's successor, the Terran Dominion. Raynor is one of the few Terrans to form a long-term alliance with the Protoss.

Hey nice model, but when he was on the vulture? Which mission?

Btw his hair is a bit different than from original? Or maybe it's UV mapping issue
It is a problem when I try to extract, it usually happens and the volture is from the sc1 mission
IMO, it doesn't make sense to have portrait models as full models whose size is even bigger than the model it is portrait for.
I will keep it in mind, I could make 2 different portraits, so people can choose to their liking

But does it matter? Can one see the entire model in the portrait? If you only see part of the body, there's no reason to leave it all. Smarter thing to do if possible is to make the portrait integrated in the actual model so you won't have another model for it. Just use a portrait camera and some portrait animations in the main model.
