This is a model of Isana Stormrunner(Night Elf Warden) form Heroes of the Storm. This model is made by piecing together parts from the skins of Sylvanas, Maiev, Impres, Kael'thas, and Luna from Heros of the Storm. In addition, it also includes components for the sc2 HD version of warden.This is edited and polished by Commedia.I paid him for the ownership of this model, and he gave me permission to share it on hive.I personally like this model very much, and I hope you like it too.

Lore:
The mysterious wardens serve as the night elves' special police force in Kalimdor.They are elite members of the Watchers, the jailors, and marshals of night elf society,and the highest rank that can be bestowed on a Watcher.Maiev Shadowsong was first to be given the rank of warden, which she later awarded to a select few who had proven their exceptional fighting abilities, tracking skills, and tenacity.

Okay, let me ask commedia.
Hello! This is just me wondering, if I am wrong, you can correct me anytime. I don't mean any disrespect to anyone's work.

We know that we have the model (which consists of many triangles and animations) and the texture that wraps around. I can't review the model if it shares the same functionalibility as the default Warcraft 3 Warden. The texture work, however, is very nice.

The main 2 questions are:
  • What does it have to do with Heroes of the Storm
  • Why you don't attach the Portrait to the main model

It's actually a kitbash of several HotS assets stitched together. Obviously it's based on Maiev, but pauldrons come from Imperius and the head with helmet is probably from Warden skin of Lunara or Tyrande.

But it's nicely stitched together, with a recolored texture and probably heavily modified animations. I say it's a grade or two above what's typically expected from a kitbash. Real effort was put into this and a final product looks quality and consistent.

Tho I guess it still counts as HotS port.

I already showed you if using .blp it will reduce the filesize to 2.1Mb down from 4.9Mb and will preserve the quality.

Okay. I have replaced the TGA format texture with BLP format texture.

Do not do it lol. The size limit of BLP is 1024x512. This texture is 1024x1024. Now when you convert it to BLP game degrades it to something like 256x256 so you lose the lovely texture quality made by Commedia.

Use tga by all means or dds. Otherwise you'll lose quality. (It is not 2002 anymore so there is no need to care for filesize too much since game can now use unlimited ram anyways).

There is a reason why people like me and Commedia that work on hots-wow style models prefer .tga. You can use any resolution you want with it without game compressing it. If you are really willing to convert the texture to blp you need to fit it to a 1024x512 space and refit the UV mapping which is a waste of time.

TGA for ingame usage is a niche option, because TGA is big both on HD and when loaded into internal memory of GPU. Sometimes there are no other format options because some textures carry sensitive data, but in general multiple TGA files will quickly clog even beefy hardware. So for all kinds of common usages, like textures of units or heroes, DDS should be a way to go.

...besides, lel, WC3 engine is not a peak of optimization :p .

I'd include either BLP or DDS in the download and leave og TGA in comments, so whoever wants to modify the textures further has access to a source file. I assume most people would just take the asset and drop into WE as-is, so default option should be already optimized.
