The import path of your icons need to be like this:

ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNMyIcon.blp
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtonsDisabled\DISBTNMyIcon.blp
ReplaceableTextures\PassiveButtons\PASBTNMyIcon.blp
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtonsDisabled\DISPASBTNMyIcon.blp

And the game does the rest automatically

You need to put

ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtonsDisabled\

in front of the DISBTN icon. Sometimes it might require a different name from the file name, it should be listed in the "readme" that came with the download if the icon came from Hive.
