A few things you might want to pay attention to:
All portraits include an eye lid's slide ('Portrait - 2') which reveals the white of the eye, you start to pay attention to it because it lasts quite a long time:

The Red Clan One-Handed Goatman's mace ball is not animated in 'Spell':

(Looks like as if there is a completed versions of this model, but by mistake you uploaded the wrong one 😛)

Also there's a 'Spell BAD' sequence inside, might get in conflict with the 'Spell' as it has a higher position on the animation list when players set 'spell' in the relevant field in the Object Editor:

You might want to delete that if not added on purpose.

Gorgous models and animations! I do wish there was a worker goatman like MasterHaosis mentionned but i understand that's not the points. Ive made a Goatman barracks in my custom melee map with the 6 units including your three gor units.

This model looks so perfect for my project. Which programs you guys use for modelling? I'm kinda sick of using Magos' Model Editor and MDLVis only for edition. I would like to try something new, specially for my Diablo 1 map.
I mostly used mdlvis for this one but theres also neodex (a plugin for 3ds max), an addon for blender that I haven't tried yet, Retera's Model Studio (a more elaborate and versatile community editor), and also OG warcraft art tools for whatever version of 3d max they were using way back in the day
