Hi. I was wondering if there was an easy* way to make upgrades only purchasable from a certain range, much how like how items behave. I'm making a unit that's a "trainer" for the hero and I'd like it if you could only get upgrades if you go visit him. Note: I am not learning abilities from him...

Can someone please provide with instructions on how to pre purchase Warcraft III Reforged and where do I download it from when it will be released? I apologize if this I asked in the wrong area but I this is the only part where my question would fit.

I'm trying to get back into the community, and I would like to make this investment. What would be the best place to get the latest version of the game? I've seen the games being sold for about $9 each, but maybe there is a pack for both games? I'm now in NA.
