"Unit is moving" check?

You can use a system like this:

Detecting movement is a bit difficult because there are many orders that instigate movement. The system above is pretty good, but you want to make sure you add a filter to the trigger so that it doesn't constantly track all unit movement on the map.

If you don't want to use that system, then the most ideal way would be to store the coordinates of the unit, start a short timer, and then compare the new coordinates with the old one. That is essentially what Bribe's system does.
