Suggestion about forum rule

Just a quick suggestion for a rule I would like to share
No reputation abuse.
In my opinion, there should be this rule, where members are not allowed to randomly give negative reputation to people for stupid reasons.

Users cannot give negative reputation, only staff personal can. Neg rep is give mostly with a valid reason. But it is just rep so do not worry about it that much. Just keep friendly and clean and everything will be alright.

Sorry I`m kinda new here and I thought that the Tick or X button is for both kinds of reputation.
