Retera Animation (¿phantom key frames?)

Why does the bone jump when I add a "Frame"? It's very annoying.

Ty.

It's like there are keyframes that don't appear.

Modification of the inward and outward tangent in a lazy way corresponding linearly to the modification of translation, instead of as a mathematically accurate way to discern the tangent, causes this behavior. We could fix it if somebody bothered to derive the math, but it seems like other programs believe this should be based on Tension/Continuity/Bias and I never bothered to compute those based on the existing data to then sanely introduce new values.

"Edit > Optimize > Linearize Animations" or whatever will make the problem "go away" but the default mode of animation for newly introduced timelines is still non-linear and will re-introduce the issue on new bones if you add new animation, until you click the "linearize animation" menu button again.
