Request: Skin

I want to request a skin edit of Proudmoore. Id like it if someone can turn him into a steampunk. Easy edit really.
So pretty much change the color from blue to tan and rearrange the buttons, also belt buckle and boot symbols changed into tan Gear symbols. I tried doing it myself but it just came out horrible!
