I am currently making a map which uses etheral units, i was just wondering, is there a way to make etheral units attackable without changing every units attack type to magic? or is this the only way?
Go into Gameplay Constants under the Advanced menu, click the Custom Gameplay Constants checkbox, then scroll down to Combat - Damage Bonus Table - Ethereal. That lets you change the amount of damage taken from the various types of attacks by units with Ethereal armour; change all the zeroes to something else (1, or 1.66, or whatever you wish).
