Amplify magical damage

Hello everyone, i need an ability to amplifies magic damage...

Chronology :

i cast ability, then the ability place buff, if the target is damaged by spell which type damage magical, it will deals more damage like, Ancient seal (dragonus, DoTa) but not silenced, or decrepify (pugna, DoTa), but not ethrealed...

please help me to make them...
