[Trigger] Removing Floating Text

Ok my friend asked me how to do this and I couldn't give him a straight answer so I want to ask you so I can help him. He has his floating text and he wants it to wait about five seconds then be removed. We can't find a way to do this so I am asking you. The SuperSecretSearchSystem brought up nothing also.

go to:

actions>floating text>add expiration timer for 5:00 seconds

(there was actually some stuff in the WE help zone forum and probably in the tutorials somewhere if u dig deep enough into em)

for you, and for future forum searches , here's a good list that makes good looking and natural floating text (ie. ones that look like +gold texts or red crit numbers)

(all under floating text section)
1. Create floating text....
2. Set velocity to _____ (recommend 50~ish) towards 90 degrees
3. Change: disable permanence
4. Change lifespan to _____ seconds
5. Change fading age to ______ seconds (recommend 0.5-0.75 seconds less than lifespan value)
