Tbh only managed to get permission from Kenathorn other assets got granted credits - shown in description "give credits if used" so I considered to use them. The Lute was reimagined.
Using them in maps and using them in your models is a different thing, no? Since you not only use their model but also edit them inside your model. The second one literally says "do not edit without permission"

I think the credit if used it corresponds to the usage in map, not really explicitly in model editing.

I would suggest from the models that you have not asked permission for, and even better if you remove all of the used parts and remake them by yourself since you do look having the expertise and skills to model them from scratch.
