Apheraz Lucent: Fits the model nicely, and sure is useful. Nevermind the fact he's younger, the icon should represent the Hero in the best possible way (just look at chrome67 and some of his icons, which not always depict the hero directly, but rather in an artsy fashion which actually does wonders).
Approved out of sheer usefulness, but if you want to work a little more on this, I suggest you to center the camera view, as the hood looks oddly out of place by THIS small angle, to make the lips and eyebrows a little bit more visible (shading or color, your call).
Last thing about fitting icons: they don't need to display the flaws the model has. If the model has fixed circular eye glow for an example, you can make your linear if it makes the icon look good.
