is function EnableSelect synchronized?

theres a function called EnableSelect
its used to globally enable or disable the ability to select units for every player
now i wonder if this is synchronized, means if it will desync if you just disable it on 1 computer
i would test it myself but i dont have a second computer to test the desync :/
help is appreciated

did parallelity test with it, didnt desync :)
